How this works
This system does not send emails. Instead, you verify your identity (Username + Real name + SimBrief username), then receive a short-lived reset token (valid for 30 minutes). Use it once to set a new password.
Note
If you cannot issue a token, the identity fields do not match what you registered. If the token fails, it may have expired (30 minutes) or already been used.
